Grey Marble

Grey is the marble colourway customers reach for when they want the material's softness without white's brightness — 57 slabs of our 329-strong marble range, second only to white in size. The names repeat for good reason: Royal Grey for an even, workable background; Tundra Grey for a cooler, more uniform grey; Pietra Grey Marble Slabs for heavier veining; Bardiglio Imperiale Marble Slabs for near-black striations through mid-grey; and Silver Vein Cut where the grey runs almost metallic. Like every marble in the range it's a Mohs 3–4, calcite-based stone — it etches under acid left standing, which is why we steer worktop customers toward sealing schedules and steer bathroom and fireplace customers toward simply enjoying the patina as it develops.
