Grey Quartzite

Grey is the second-largest colourway in our quartzite range after green — sixteen slabs, from the pale, close-grained flatness of Misty Grey through to Brilliant Grey's brighter shimmer and the metallic sheen of Silver Macaubas. Vintage Grey sits between the two, with a softer, aged movement that reads warmer under artificial light than the others. Quartzite sits at the harder end of the natural stone we sell — around Mohs 7 against marble's 3–4 — which is why we point customers after a pale, neutral worktop that won't mark from everyday knife work or a hot pan toward this range rather than grey marble. It still benefits from sealing, but shrugs off kitchen acids far better than a calcite stone. As with the rest of our quartzite family, these come as slabs only, fabricated to your template, with delivery across the UK. If Misty Grey and Brilliant Grey look identical in a photo, ask to see both slabs side by side — the difference is real in person.
