Travertine

Travertine is our warmest, most consistently neutral stone — 9 slabs, almost all sitting somewhere in the beige-to-honey range that's made it a long-standing choice for floors, walls and bathrooms rather than kitchen worktops. It's sedimentary, calcite-based like marble, and naturally porous, which is why you'll see both filled and unfilled finishes of the same stone side by side in our range — Riva Travertine Veincut filled smooth, and Riva Travertine Veincut Raw left with its natural texture and small surface holes. Beyond that filled/unfilled pair, Travertine Hazel runs slightly deeper and Titanium Travertine Slabs breaks into cooler grey — useful if you want travertine's texture without the classic honey colour. It's a soft stone at Mohs 3-4, so we'd point acid-heavy kitchen use elsewhere, but for a bathroom floor or a feature wall it's hard to match for warmth.
